Vegetable Sandwich with Green Chutney

How about some healthy sandwich for Sunday breakfast? Here it comes...

Bread - 1 loaf
Corriander - 1 bunch
Coconut - grated 1/2 cup
Green chillies & salt - to taste
Cabbage - chopped finely
Carrot - chopped finely

Method of Preparation:
Grind corriander, coconut, chillies & salt together to make a green chutney
Take 2 slices of bread, spread butter on the inner side, apply green chutney also.
Mix cabbage and carrot with mayonnaise and place sufficiently between the slices
Cut it in two halves diagonally
If you prefer, you can toast the sandwich
